I arrived at 9am after a long flight and my room wasn’t ready, so Massimilliano invited me up to the rooftop buffet breakfast while I waited and expedited a room. My 8th-floor room had a balcony with a lovely view – I think I may have been upgraded. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. Breakfast was excellent: juices, cereals, fruit, yogurt, bacon, eggs, pastries, cappuccino. The restaurant staff were pleasant and helpful. Free Wi-Fi in the lobby. The location is fantastic – we walked to nearly everything. I used the hotel’s airport car service both ways; the driver met me in arrivals, handled luggage, and dropped me at the door. It cost slightly more than a taxi but was well worth the convenience.”
